The purpose of this research is to analyze the possibilities for the generation of academic offers based on the qualifications designed for the Colombian agricultural sector in the context of the post-agreement, as a possibility for the country to become a food pantry at the regional level. Under this premise, contexts aimed at closing gaps for the strengthening of productive chains, the reduction of informality and the strengthening of the agricultural sector as the main economic region are analyzed. For this, a qualitative research process was carried out, based on the implementation of the agreement for the design of qualifications in the agricultural sector, structured from the methodological route planted by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia for the design of qualifications. As a result, four training paths are configured by subsectors based on the qualifications designed, which enable the promotion of life projects in agriculture, supported by the educational supply and the labor demand. Likewise, they favor the formalization of work by levels as a factor associated with equity and economic recognition for the producers of this country.
