Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of commitment to the community on the community in which the school establishment is inserted, on the organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job stress, in educational institutions. The database, is made up of 140 observations, Cronbach's Alpha was used in the reliability analysis and structural equation analysis was applied. The results are presented in an adjusted model, where it is observed that the workers in the sample, when carrying out more activities for the benefit of the community, have a greater perception of job satisfaction, greater organizational commitment and a decrease in their stress levels.
