Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for a model of Knowledge Management (KM) that adapts to the characteristics of the area of R & D in Argos and allows execute research projects with a positive impact for the organization, from the generation of new knowledge until the transfer to operations, positively affecting indicators such as the life cycle of projects and consequently optimizing the development times of new products that are directly related to sustainability This proposal is a result of the study of relevant models, knowledge of the characteristics from R&D and theoretical validation by academic and professional R & D Argos. The proposed model seeks to identify, capture - create, transform and transfer the required and acquired knowledge from research projects so that affect the performance indicators in the area and consequently the company.
